We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration and attendance for this event.

• eWay merchant gateway (should you make any extension requests requiring payments personally)

Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 12 months after the conclusion of this event.

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of this event will incur a full event cancelation and cancelation fees as noted in your initial registration. The right to forget or anonymize your personal details
You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymize your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymized” record for reporting reasons.
Attendee App Visibility
Why We Ask to Opt In or Opt Out of Attendee App Visibility
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for this event registration, and this includes your visibility in the Attendee App. You are able to change your Opt In or Opt Out selection at any time directly in the Attendee App.
Personal Data Visible in the Attendee App
During the course of this event you can consent to have your personal details shared with other attendees. This includes your photo, name, position, state and country. If you choose to withdraw your consent, you are still able to use the attendee app however your details will not be shown in the attendee search, you will not be able to contribute to the Event Stream and your details will not be available in the dinner table seating option.
Privacy Notice and Agreement
Michelin Australia Pty Ltd and Solterbeck Events Pty Ltd need to collect the personal information about you in a registration form to provide you with the services in relation to the operation of BFGoodrich Baja Incentive 2020. If we are unable to collect this information we will be unable to process your registration. Michelin Australia Pty Ltd and Solterbeck Events Pty Ltd respect your privacy and will only use or disclose all of the information (including without limitation a related body corporate, agent or contractor) for the purpose of Michelin Australia Pty Ltd and Solterbeck Events Pty Ltd providing services in relation to the operation of the Incentive. Your details may be disclosed to third parties and other related third party suppliers providing services in connection with Incentive (this includes the information being transferred to or from Australia for these purposes). The information may also be disclosed to a government agency or to enable compliance with a court order or where otherwise required by law.
The Conference Organisers agree to comply with their obligations under the Privacy Act (1988) Cth and the European Union GDPR, which includes all amendments to the Privacy Act (1988) Cth, including but not limited to the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Act 2017.
We would like to inform you that in registering for this event, your personal data will be and has already been collected. You directly provide Solterbeck with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Voluntarily complete a delegate survey
• Complete this registration process
Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
• From your employer in order to invite you to register for this event
We will not utilize your personal details, as provided directly or indirectly, to send marketing materials to you outside of communications specific to this program/event. We do not provide or sell your personal information to other organisations. In the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our logs and databases.
Solterbeck takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration.
Your personal information is stored in secure electronic databases. We use a number of appropriate security procedures and technology to protect this information. We also take measures to remove or anonymise your personal information when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

In accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 of the GDPR, we have a legitimate interest in keeping the personal data you submitted to us readily available for the purpose of facilitating this event and your personal data was collected for this purpose only and will not be used for general promotional communication or marketing. These details may be disclosed to third parties including without limitation to hotels, airlines, restaurants and other related third party suppliers providing services in connection to this event and only in connection to this event.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time and can substantiate your objection based on the Article 6 paragraph 1 of the GDPR. Please note that the only data collected is that which is required to ensure your attendance at this event and any objection of processing your personal data in relation to this event may imperil your ability to be able to attend the event.
The data subject him/herself has the right to access his/her data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification pursuant Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR and the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.
